The Dos & Don't when selecting a good Feng Shui HDB Flat

1) Avoid selecting flats whereby the main door or the main window faces the roof of an overhead bridge or shelter.  
2) Avoid selecting units that are within 100 meter from church, temple, mosque, fire station, police station, government building, hospital, railway etc. 
3) Avoid HDB flats where the Garbage disposal facility is located at the center of the building back facing the main lift lobby.
4) Better to select the top 3 levels if there are buildings in front of your main door and main windows to avoid being sandwich.
5) Avoid units whereby the main door or window is facing to close to a multi-storey car park and the headlight of the passing cars are shinning directly into your flat.
6) Avoid location where the surrounding area has drawn many suicidal attempts where negative energy is residing
7) Sharp object or structure is consider "Fire" element. Hence, it really depends whether your door or window facing requires this element. 
8) Avoid unit whereby the toilets are located at the center of the flat. Big no no....
9) Stove should never ever face the toilet.
10) As for stove, basin and refrigerator, it depends on the mountain and water stars residing at that sector and the analogy of the respective Feng Shui Institution and its masters.
11) Bed position should not face the room door and should be align in a way in which your head is against the wall for energy accumulation if that sector is auspicious.
12) Wall mounted fans should be installed in the sector where the energy is auspicious
