1) Know what type of Feng Shui do you prefer.

2) Does your Feng Shui Masters belong to a reputable Feng Shui Institution that has been around for thousand of years? Is the methodology reliable? Who is the founding father of the institution?

3) How would your Feng Shui Master rate 命，运 & 风水 cause all 3 factors are intertwined. Do you know your current 10-year luck cycle? If you are currently going through a bad 10-year cycle, how much can a good Feng Shui facing helps you? Lift you up from 25% to 90%????

4) Always ask for a full Feng Shui audit that details all the sectors of the house (depending on what type of feng shui you choose). Best to keep it for reference or for other Masters you might engage in near future.

5) Is there any follow up after the Feng Shui audit process? In some cases, there might be lots of disturbance around the area affecting compass reading. Hence, after remedies have been activated....energy level should improve within 3-4 weeks. Better to reconsult your Feng Shui master if it does not improve or got worse.

6) Great Grand Masters are often very low profiles.....choose wisely.
